ReplyDeleteI was thinking you could use Sasquatch as a trail name but now that you cut your hair it doesn't seem very fitting anymore. I'll have to keep thinking about this one!

I thought that trail names were generally "earned" on the trail and given by fellow hikers based upon something about you that distinguishes you to them. No?

ReplyDeleteIt's a matter of preference. most hikers have their own trail name they made up for themselves, although there is the possibility to be renamed something more fitting while hiking. And the other possibility is what you said.
