Trail Names

Trail names are hard to choose, for example im stuck on Germany or the origin of my name which is Favorite son. If anyone wants to comment any suggestions that would be nice, you can find me at Benjamin Zmyewski on facebook

    I was thinking you could use Sasquatch as a trail name but now that you cut your hair it doesn't seem very fitting anymore. I'll have to keep thinking about this one!

    I thought that trail names were generally "earned" on the trail and given by fellow hikers based upon something about you that distinguishes you to them. No?

    It's a matter of preference. most hikers have their own trail name they made up for themselves, although there is the possibility to be renamed something more fitting while hiking. And the other possibility is what you said.
